This type of accident can end up costing hundreds of thousands of dollars.  It can take years for a case to come to court and within that time businesses change, which means the scene of the accident can alter and witnesses may move on.  COX INVESTIGATIONS is able to respond to the scene of the accident within hours of being instructed.  We take photographs of the scene, prepare a sketch and interview witnesses.

Traffic Accidents 
Preparation of clear and accurate scene diagram and photographs can, in our opinion, make or break a case.  We will visit the scene, locate and interview witnesses.  If necessary, we will visit the tow and or salvage yard to photograph and inspect the damaged vehicles.  We will review local police reports and evaluate their findings.
